First, the temperature cycle test:
For objects: LED lamps
Test method:
1, 5 models LED lamps are placed in a test chamber, temperature test chamber can adjust the rate of the temperature change;

3, the temperature is set range from -10 ℃ to 50 ℃ in the test box , the temperature changes and speed rate: more than 1 ℃ / min, but less than 5 ℃ / min;
4, the test box is kept for 0.5H at high and low temperatures, repeated 8 times.
Test requirements:
A, lamps after temperature cycling tests, leakage can occur, not lighting and other electrical anomalies.Second. Damp heat test:

For objects: LED lamps
Test method:
1, 5 LED lamps shall be placed in a constant temperature and humidity box, Humidity Chamber is set to 95% relative humidity, the temperature is 45 ℃;
2, powered the lighting for 48H according to the rated input voltage of the LED lamps;
3, wipe the water on the surface of the sample after removing, droplets on the normal atmospheric pressure and room temperature to recovery 2H before inspection.
Test requirements:
One, there is no rust, cracks or other mechanical damage;
2, what can not occur is that the light leakages, not lighting and other electrical anomalies.
Three, vibration test:
For objects: LED lamps
Test method:
1, 5 samples LED lamps packaged shall be placed on the vibration test bench;
2, the vibration of the vibration velocity tester is set to 300 rev / min, the amplitude is set to 2.54 cm so that starts the vibrating instrument;
3, according to the above method the lamp is tested at the three directions of vertical transverse and longitudinal for 30 minutes.
Test requirements:

Four, life test:
For objects: LED lamps
Test method:
1, 5 models LED lamps are placed at 25 ℃ temperature, the initial lumen, color temperature and other parameters is tested according to the rated input;
2,after the initial testing is completed, the samples are placed at 25 ℃ temperature, input and power the light according to the rated power;
3, the first three months, these sample is tested as the initial test under the same environment and conditions every 10 days, the test luminous, power, color temperature and initial parameters is recorded for comparison;
4, after the tests is conducted for three months, the test interval is adjusted once a month for parametric testing, record data and comparing the initial value;
Test requirements:
1, in the life test for the lamps, when the flux attenuation decline to 70% of the initial lumen luminous, which is the lifetime of the sample, the average life of all  the samples can be drawn the average of expectancy of the LED lamps;
